Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We’re offering FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all orders of £15 or over.

Please note we do not currently deliver at weekends and UK bank holidays.

For orders placed before 1pm (UK time) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day (excluding bank holidays). If you place your order after 1pm, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will arrive on the following Monday.

Next Day Delivery is charged at £4.50 for orders below £15 (available before 1pm Monday – Friday).

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

SHIPPING DURING THE COVID-19

At this time certain factors will be outside our control. As such we will guarantee that we ship your order on the same day or the next day as outlined above, but we cannot guarantee delivery times by the courier. We will make our best effort to meet deadlines. We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.

RETURNS INFORMATIONS

We very much hope that you will be happy with your Lili’s Chocolates purchase.
However, if your product is damaged or substandard, we are happy to arrange a refund or replacement for you. We cannot accept returns.
